Refridgerator Bran Muffins
Combine:
1 15oz. box of Raisin Bran (7 1/2 cups)
5 c. flour
3 c. sugar
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
Mix well and add:
5 eggs, beaten
1 c. melted oleo
1 qt. buttermilk
2 c. raisins
Refridgerate overnight - can keep up to 3 weeks.
Bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes. |
