Miscellaneous Pecan Treats 21 soda crackers rolled fine (1 c.) 4 egg whites (1/2 c.) 1 1/3 c. sugar 3/4 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 - 3/4 c. pecan nuts chopped Fold dry ingredients into stiffly beaten egg whites and vanilla. Bake in 8" x 8" greased pan at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with cool whip. 1 1/2 times recipe fills glass baking dish - bake 35 minutes.
