Pecan Pies
Combine & Chill:
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
4 oz. cream cheese
Make 24 walnut-sized balls and press into small mufin tins.
Fill with 3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. oleo
1/3 c. chopped pecans
Bake for 25 minutes at 325°. Cool in pans.
