Grapefruit-Brandy Dessert
Cut grapefruit in half and take fruit out.
Marinate fruit in 1/2 c. brandy for 1 day.
Fill grapefruit shells with fruit, top with ice cream and meringue.
Place under broiler until meringue is brown. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. |
