Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Cream:
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
Beat in:
2 eggs
Add:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Add alternately with:
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
Spread half into two 8" round pans.
Cover with half of filling:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
chopped nuts
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes and top with thin white icing.
