Lemon Cheesecake

Prepare graham cracker crumb crust
Blend 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese with 1/2 c. milk
Add 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix and 1 1/2 c. milk and beat for 1 min. Pour at once into cooled shell. Top with a few crumbs.
