Dilly Casserole Bread
1 package active dry yeast
1/4 C. warm water (110-115°)
1 C. cream-style cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tsp. dill weed
1 egg
2 1/4 - 2 1/2 C. flour
Soften yeast, let stand 10 min. Combine cheese, oleo, sugar, salt & soda, the onion, dill, egg & yeast. Beat well and add flour and beat well. Cover & let rise 1 hr. Turn into greased casserold or 2 sm. bread pans. Let rise 35 - 40 min. Bake at 350° for 35-40 min.
