Beef Mushroom Roulade

Cook together for 10 minutes:
1 lg. can mushrooms - use liquid also
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 T. lemon juice
1-3 c. grated carrots
1 T. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1.8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Use thin sliced lean steak and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place cooked mushroom mix on each steak. Roll up and fasten with toothpick. Place under broiler and brown on both sides. Place in casserole dish, cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
