Ranchero Chicken
4 chicken breasts, boned and split
Mix:
1/2 tsp. curry
1 C. parmesan cheese
1 can cream chicken soup
2 T. lemon juice
1 C. mayonnaise
Put chicken in buttered dish. Pour sauce over top. Cover with 1/2 C. Pepperage Farm bread crumbs and additional parmesan cheese and bake 75 minutes at 325°. |
