Sliced Baked Potatoes
Scrub 4 baking potatoes. Cot potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Use the handle of a spoon to prevent knife from cutting all the way through.
Put potatoes in baking dish and fan them slightly.
Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with herbs (chives, parsley, etc.).
Bake at 426° for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese.
Bake another 10-15 minutes.
