5-Cup Salad

Salad:
2 heads broccoli (flowerets)
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, diced
1 lb. mushrooms, chopped
3 C. grated cheddar cheese

Dressing:
1 C. mayonnaise
1 T. vinegar
1/3 C. sugar

Combine with a whisk.

Combine salad and dressing. Refridgerate several hours or overnight.
